Upon confirmation of your order, you will be informed by message to the e-mail address and/or the mobile phone you have provided us with the delivery time of your products, depending on the region and the way you have chosen to have the products sent to you.

You can choose between the following delivery methods for your order:

Your order will be sent to you by our company or by a partner carrier of its choice during working hours and days (Monday - Friday, 09:00-17:00). Without prejudice to what is expressly stated in these Terms of Use, if your order is completed by 12:30 pm from Monday to Friday, products delivered to Greece and Cyprus are delivered within the days detailed below with the corresponding charges. In the event that your order is completed by submitting it to us after 12:30, the delivery time increases by one working day, as follows:

Delivery Delay

Our company prioritises an accurate and delivery of the products however we maintain our reservations that your purchases might be a bit delayed due to unexpected circumstances as they stated above which may affect the shipping and delivery of your products. In such cases we will contact you in order to ask you if you would like your order to be shipped without the product which is delayed or unavailable, to propose an alternative or to inform you of the estimated delivery time of the unavailable product . In the event that our offer does not meet your need you have the right to cancel your order partly or entirely and the amount you have paid will be refunded to you in every case so that you have all the possible options that our company offers.
