Cases of Returns

1. Change or replace due to wrong size

Fill in the form below:

  • the return request of the desired size.

 

Then the customer service of la pupa company will inform you about the progress of your request. We can not guarantee the availability of the new size you desire. If the desired size is available, we will bind it , when we receive the product you want to return. For the return of the product, you will be charged each time with the cost of return (to us) and the cost of re-shipping (from us to you).

2. Change or replace with another code / product

  • the refund request with the desired product code.

Then the customer service of la pupa company will inform you about the progress of your request. You will be informed about the availability of the desired product code and the price difference (if there is). For the return of the product, you will be charged with the cost of return (to us) and the cost of re-shipping (from us to you). The basic requirement is that the product has not been used, has no damage, is in excellent condition, is packed full and is accompanied by its documents.

3. Incorrect delivery of products

Then the customer service of la pupa company will inform you about the progress of your request. Once we have received the product and checked that it is in excellent condition and we confirm the delivery of the wrong code, we will inform you and we will send you the right product .

4. Return of defective product

Then the customer service of la pupa company will inform you about the progress of your request. Once we receive it, we will check and confirm the defect. We will notify you immediately if you are entitled to replacement of the product.

In the case of returning a faulty product you will not be charged for delivery.

5. Right of withdrawal

After that, we will inform you about the way of the refund. You assume the entire transfering cost of this progress. Once we have received the product and checked for its excellent condition, we will inform you about the procedure that you will follow. Exercise of the right of withdrawal can be made within 14 days of the date of receipt of the product by the courier company. The basic requirement is that the product is returned in its packaging in an excellent condition, without deterioration, complete and accompanied by its documents. The return of the products in the exercise of the right of withdrawal will be made at the customers charge. You will be refunded the money in the same way that you made the payment (Paypal - Credit Card). If you have paid by cash, we will deposit the money into a bank account you will indicate to us. The refund will be completed within (30) days of the date we receive the returned products.
