Return Policy

Exchanges can be made within 14 days from the day you received the product. To complete a return, the product must be in excellent condition, with the original tags attached, and accompanied by the purchase receipt.

If you made your purchase through our online store, you can exchange the item either for the same product in a different color or size, or for any other product you prefer. Exchanges can also be made in our physical store. Inside the package you received, you will find a return form that you need to complete and send back together with the product.

How to return the product

• Fill in the return form that you will find inside the original package and mark the box that states CREDIT/EXCHANGE.

• Place the completed return form inside your package.

• Return the product well packaged, including all documents, to avoid damage during transportation, and hand your package to the courier company.

The return shipping cost is €4 within Greece, which will be added to your exchange order and paid upon delivery. If you choose to use any other courier company, you will be fully responsible for the shipping cost and will pay the courier company when you send the package.

If the reason for the return is due to a mistake by the company, La Pupa commits to covering the shipping costs.

Right of Withdrawal

In the case of withdrawal, the return shipping cost will be charged to the customer. This amount will be deducted from the total amount of your order during the refund process.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase (PayPal or Credit Card). If you paid cash on delivery, the money will be transferred to a bank account that you will provide.

The refund process will be completed within 30 days from the date we receive the returned products.
