These General Terms and Conditions for using the Website and purchasing the products/services of our online store (hereinafter for the sake of brevity the "Terms of Use"), define the terms and conditions for your browsing on the Website and for using it and our online store and govern the sales contract entered into between us for the purchase of products from our online store. Indicative and not limiting, the display, presentation, sale, transfer-storage, delivery and any return of our products displayed on the Website, the protection of your personal data and the security of your transactions are governed by these Terms of Use, which you please read before navigating the Website and making your purchases. C. PURCHASING THROUGH THE ELECTRONIC STORE 1. ORDER

1.1 Completion – Order Confirmation

Use the categories found in the main MENU of the Website, navigate through them and select the products you want. Choose the products you want and place them in the "SHOPPING BASKET". At any time you choose, you can go back and modify the contents of your basket. Check the products in the shopping cart by clicking on the "SHOPPING CART" link, located on the top right of the website. You can use the "DELETE FROM CART" button to remove products from your cart before completing your order.

Click the "COMPLETE ORDER" button to complete your purchase. In order to be able to complete your order, you must choose whether you will proceed as a registered Member (by registering a new Member or entering the Username and Password of an already registered Member) or proceed to the purchase without registration by entering your necessary personal information (detail see above Sections II.B1-B2). You will then be given the option to choose a payment method among those detailed in Section II.C.2 below, as well as a method of delivery of the products among those detailed in Section II.C.3 below. If you have chosen to register as a Member on the Website, you can at any time see the stage at which your order is by entering the "MY ACCOUNT" link. If your order has been delivered to the courier, you can find out where your parcel is by means of the waybill number, which is posted on the "MY ACCOUNT" page. Our Company may contact you via e-mail and/or message on the mobile phone which you have declared to us throughout the period until the delivery of your order to you for any issue regarding the reception, processing , the execution and/or transfer of your order and/or the payment and/or return of the products or for anything else. The order can be canceled in the following cases:

• Before completing the order:

• After completing the order, but before receiving the products:

  • After receiving the product, the order is canceled by exercising the Right of withdrawal, in accordance with the provisions in Section II.C.5 below.
  • In addition, your order is canceled after receiving the products or for reasons of replacement, in accordance with the provisions of article II.C.6 below.

2. METHODS OF PAYMENT

2.1 Cash on delivery: If you have chosen cash on delivery as a payment method, you must pay the value of your order in cash (as well as any agreed costs, e.g. shipping) upon receipt of your order by the carrier of our choice. The cost for the cash on delivery service is €2.50.

2.2 Bank Account Deposit: If you have chosen bank deposit as the payment method, then you will have to pre-pay your order (and any agreed costs, e.g. shipping) in order to start the process of processing your order request and the booking of the products included in from us, to the following account of our company. If you do not receive a copy within 7 calendar days or if you do not receive a valid copy of the deposit of the entire amount, your order will be canceled without charge and the sales contract will be considered as having never been concluded. In the event of cancellation or modification of your order until the shipment of the product(s), an interest-free refund procedure will be followed, after contacting you with one of the above mentioned methods of communication in order to give us the bank account number to which you wish to make the deposit.

2.3 Payment by credit card.

3. DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS

Upon confirmation of your order, you will be informed by message to the e-mail address and/or the mobile phone you have provided us with the delivery time of your products, depending on the region and the method you have chosen to have the products sent to you. products.
