To find the right size for your number, take a t-shirt that suits you as you wish, spread it over a surface, and measure the distance from one armpit to the other as shown in the picture.

(A) Chest

If your chest circumference is 55 cm you can get a M Regular t-shirt if you want it to features a normal  fit or L if you want it more loose.
